With more than 30 years of experience in education as a teacher and supervisor in Career and Technical Education, founder and CEO Leanne Fussell brings exceptional organization, communication, and leadership to every client experience. Throughout her career, she worked closely with students, teachers, and school leaders while planning and executing large-scale conferences, professional development programs, and training events.

Leanne is detail-oriented. She enjoys coordinating complex details, anticipating needs, and creating meaningful experiences for diverse clients. Those skills serve as the foundation of Master the Moment Adventures. Combining her professional background with specialized travel training and certifications, Leanne creates thoughtfully planned luxury vacations for individuals, couples, families, and groups. She manages the research, logistics, accommodations, transportation, dining, and experiences with careful attention to each client’s preferences and priorities.

Her goal is simple: to make travel planning feel effortless, so clients can focus on the excitement, relaxation, and memorable moments that make every journey special.
